Property attachment in maintenance petition, family court jurisdiction

I am currently fighting a maintenance petition in Trivandrum family court. The judge has passed a 'Attachment before Judgement' order to attach a hyderabad flat that my ex-husband has. I decided not to set aside the decree and to take maintenance/alimony. The flat is in Begumpet and in the sale deed we have seal of "The Seal of the Registrar of Hyderabad".I took an encumbrance certificate of the flat. The flat details were found in the office of S.R.O. Hyderabad(R.O). In the Encumbrance certificate there are two seals. One is seal of "The Joint Sub-Registrar-II R.O Hyderabad". The second seal is "Office of the District Registrar, Red Hills, Hyderabad T.S. The Trivandrum court has to send an out of state summons for attaching the property. To whom should the letter be addressed. Which family court has jurisdiction to attach a property/flat in Begumpet,Hyderabad? I am hindu,ex-husband is also hindu.
