Proof for 4 year seaprate living

We have filled case pn Mutual consent divorce.now court asked to give proof of living 4 year away what documents can be submitted. We hv domicile, COVID vaccine, income certificate took in last four year for other purposes. Please suggest strong documents or acceptable documents

Well, a mere Affidavit will do, stating that, you being couples have not physically engaged with each other and have stayed away from each other since last four years. If Affidavit won't work, then, I will suggest by showing what evidences, it can be proved, that, you were staying away from your spouse since last 4 years.

Dear queriest, as per my knowledge court doesn't ask for separation period proof as it is mentioned in the petition and there cannot be such proof, so therefore kindly let me know what exactly you want to ask, for More information about the same kindly call me.
