Process To Get Divorce Decree On Urgent Level And Judgement Copy Avai

I have judgement copy , but not having divorce decree, how do I obtain and how long will it take.also can remarry with judgement copy.

Yes definitely you can perform remarriage if the judgment has been pronounced in your matter. The application to obtain decree has to be obtained from the court by make application to obtain certified copy the decree of your judgment.

In case of mutual divorce, you can remarry immediately without the divorce decree. But if it was contested divorce than either of party can file appeal against the divorce order within the limitation period of 90 days. On the expiry of 90 days of appeal period, you can remarry but not immediately. You need to clarify whether it was a contested divorce or uncontested.

Well, you can seek a Divorce Decree Copy from the Certified Department of the concerned Court by filing an Application before it, for which, you have to pay the minimum prescribed fees as per the concerned laws and circulars of the concerned Court.

Yes, you can remarry after a period of ninety days (of an appeal gets over)after the judgment and you have to apply for a certified copy on an urgent basis, you will receive the certified copy within 1 month but then it depends upon the court and district also
