the Hindu Marriage Act, the parties to a marriage might file a petition for dissolution of marriage, by decree of divorce by mutual consent, on the ground that that they have been living separately for a period of one year or more, and that they have not been able to live together

both mutually have to file divorce petition, no issue of marriage certificate, required adharcard of both parties, photo graph of marriage if you have, simple procedure. don't worry it is simple procedure. but if there is any chance to get back with spouce it will good. if no chance then you can proceed further

u can file a mutual divorce petition if you and spouse both are ready to give divorce mutually. yes you can get the free Legal Aid if you approach to NGO, NGO will help you and may give you the free legal aid. marriage Certificate is one of the document but not mandatory for filling the divorce petition. Invitation or pic is sufficien.

Hi, marriage certificate is not necessary for mutual divorce, you need marriage invitation card, marriage photo and Aadhar card, after filling of divorce application court gave 6 months time as cooling period however if your decision not changed in 6 months court grants divorce, also we have some tricks to avoid that cooling period and we can help you with divorce on immediate basis. kindly contact on number given in profile

if marriage was not registered for this purpose will have to produce all the evidences proving the marriage in this case atleast wait for six months it completely depends on both the parties to go for divorce with mutual consent if mutual consent doesn't works the only way to go with with contestants in divorce with mutual consent or through contestants both maintenance or alimony can be prayed as per the eligibility prescribed by law
