Process of filing crpc 340 or in new BNSS law

i want to know if application for crpc 340 can be submitted online? as in most cases court does not allow it to be submitted inperson

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that for 340 or any application can't be filed online as it has to be filed with an affidavit of the particular day in which you are filing along with the evidence or proof for which you want to file 340 for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
