You can go forward with the petition of restitution of conjugal right. This is the only petition you can file against your wife at present. If the alimony amount is too high you can report to the mediator.

Dear Client,
The Restitution of conjugal rights is only a directive by the Court, it has no effect, it is the discretion of the other spouse to join or not.Regarding exaggerated claims you can furnish details of the salary and other details and overcome that point too. Also make enquiries with regard to the whereabouts of the gold ornaments, where they kept hidden such as bank lockers, etc. once you get the details you can file an petition for the appointment of an advocate commissioner immediately to verify the bank locker(application, appointment of the commissioner, inspection must be done with in hours on the same day ) .
