Dear Sir,

You cannot file for MCD before completing 1 year of marriage if you are a Hindu and 2 years if you are a Christian. Wait till the mandatory waiting period to file for MCD. Paying alimony or not to your wife will depend upon the mutually accepted terms and conditions you enter into while applying for MCD. Being a govt employee will not absolve you from paying alimony to your wife.
