Procedure to get copy of divorce file from court as refused by lawyer

sir I am from Andhra. i and my wife have jointly filed a divorce case in Aug 2017 with mutual consent and we got the case file number also in AP.. we did not attend any hearings still.....first hearing is in Feb 2017...now i wanted to withdraw my divorce...however i wanted to keep my case file as reference for future..when i asked my lawyer he said he will not give..what is the way to know the number and to get a copy of it? how can i get my divorce filed copy without approaching my lawyer..
Seems to be your not made up your mind for divorce. In Feb 2017 at the specified date you can attend the court. Judge will ask you again about divorce decree then you can say NO. Else do not attend the court on that day then it will be cancelled. For getting your own copy (petition) you must ask your lawyer.

On the date of your appearance before the family court you will come to know about the case no which is displayed in the daily cause list (cases list) and once you withdraw yourself from the MCD proceedings, visit the court section and request a copy of the petition and list of documents filed by you, the staff will help you obtaining these.
