Procedure to get call record to prove innocent in a false DV case

How can i get call records to prove myself innocent in a false domestic violence case? Can court give order to collect past call records to prove me innocent? please help me . I am mentally harassed by my wife and her parents. They wants that i leave my parents and reside with them.She has filed a false dowry case and domestic violence case.
U can file application for summoning call record of specific number and mention reasonable grounds in application and court has the power to summon call record from the concerned mobile company and if u don’t want yo live with ur wife than u can file divorce case on the basis of cruelty bcoz pressuring husband to leave his parent is amount to cruelty
