Procedure to file for divorce when married 2 years ago

Got court marriage done 2 years back and I can't stay with him from back 2 years, now I want a divorce from him what to do? He is not ready for divorce.

As per section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 , one of the grounds for divorce is desertion and desertion can be proved if one of the parties has refused cohabitation with the other for a period of more than 2 years.
As this requirement is being fulfilled in your case, you can easily get a divorce on the ground of desertion from your husband in the court of law.

if you want divorce from your husband then, there are certain grounds for divorce under law which you have establish and prove in court of law. unless and until you prove that court will not grant a decree of divorce.

hiii..... now m read ur question if u want to divorce then we can filed divorce petition in the court against ur husband.... if he not agree to give divorce then we can contest the matter in the court firstly we send to legal notice to ur husband and demand divorce if he denie our notice and not agree to give divorce then after his notice reply we filed divorce petition... thanks call any additional questions....
