You can file for divorce on Grounds of cruelty and desertion my husband which is a valid ground under the The Indian Divorce Act which deals with divorce among Christians and it clearly states that it is a geound for divorce when, either of the spouse:

(ix) has deserted the petitioner for at least two years immediately preceding the presentation of the petition; or

(x) has treated the petitioner with such cruelty as to cause a reasonable apprehension in the mind of the petitioner that it would be harmful or injurious for the petitioner to live with the respondent.

No need to go for community divorce go for ex parte divorce from the area family court . Go to the court and talk to the bar secretary for the same and request for the good lawyer to file the ex parte divorce.

You should immediately file for a divorce in the family Court under the special marriage act and even if you don't know about the whereabouts, you can get ex parte divorce decree.
Kindly contact personally for more details, thank you
