Procedure to file divorce petition under Article 142

The divorce case is going on since 2019 in Karkardooma court,Delhi. The girl has falsely accused my family of a dowry and domestic violence case in Indirapuram . Also the girl faked her suicide and made fake adhar card and went to different places for which she was imprisoned for 21 days. Quashing of F.I.R of false dowry , D,V act was asked In Supreme court in which stay has been put by S.C in futher procedings. Wanted to know how to file divorce in S.C on irritrievable breakdown of marriage?
The divorce case has to be filed before the family court at first instance. Thereafter before Honble High Court and thereafter before Honble Supreme court. So it is advised that you should first file before the family court of your District .

You can’t file divorce case trail directly in Supreme Court or high court. For divorce case you need to hire expert advocate to file the suit at family court in district court.
