Procedure to apply for divorce without any documents of marriage

i had a court marriage with my boyfriend in 2014 withou the knowledge of my parents and relatives according to Hindu marriage act but i have never lived with him as i was studying also. Now i dont want to end this marriage. so can this court marriage be nullified since im a christian,the witness were none from my relatives it was all his friends, have not lived with him since last 2 yrs. If nullity is not possible then what is the procedure of divorce? And most importantly i dont have any copies of the court marriage to file a divorce and he will not give me since he is threatening me that he will not marry and also not let me marry again. please help

First of all, apply for the certified copy of the registered court marriage certificate in the Office of the Registrar where your court marriage was registered. Then, apply for a divorce within the jurisdiction of the court where the registration of marriage was performed or as per your address whichever is convenient.
