Q: Action against neighbor using open toilet creating hygiene problems
My neighbours use open toilet, without a septic tank. Inspite of repeated requests they are not constructing sanitary latrine. How can I get help of law?

First of all file a complaint against your neighbour before the Chairman of your Municipality or Village Headman of your Gaon panchayat. If it does'nt work then lodge a complaint before the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of your district.
Q: Living separately from husband from 6 yrs want to file for divorce
My friend they got register marriage at the age of 19 but she found the boy is not suitable & touture also she had living seperately last 6 years now she want divorce but the boy dont want to give...plz suggest how she can get divorce & moreover she dont want anything from the boy ( both are they hindu)

It's very simple. File a divorce suit on the grounds which you mentioned in your query. Since you are willing not to live with him then you may exercise your full right to have a decree of divorce.Further, do add that you are not willing to claim maintenance U/s 125 CrPC.
Q: Clarification on rules for promotion in reserved SC quota
Can a person who was appointed against reserved S.C. quota again claim promotion against reserved quota . is not this violation of rules .. if yes what are the references to prove this point

As per Gauhati High Court ruling, "NO PERSON CAN CLAIM FOR PROMOTION UNDER RESERVED QUOTA IF HE/SHE HAS ALREADY BEEN APOINTED UNDER THE SAID QUOTA". No person from reserved category can use his/her quota twice for the same job purpose(appointment and promotion).
Q: Again lateral entry not provided by tezpur university can I file RTI
Lateral entry is the syster in which diploma(3year) passed out student are directly admitted into the 2year of engineering. Every central university has this system to admit student. But tezpur university in Assam does not have this system of taking addmission. So i want to file RTI againt the educational dipartment asking why tezpur university dont provide this . Will it be RTI?

First of all file an RTI to be confident enough to know whether each and every Central University including the Tezpur Central University has this provision or not.If such provision is applicable therein, then sue the said institution in the court of law.
Q: Police filed Charge sheet for having extra marital affairs
Police file a chargesheet under i.p.c.420 for extra marital affairs with other woman as a co-accused, but i am living abroad since last 14 yrs. and my wife is staying in her parental house, how this cheating charge become tenable? It may be called as a crime against the marriage but cheating (iPC sec.420), Is it really applicable? kindly answer me.

If the police has already filed a charge sheet against you, then first of all it will be a GR Case. Moreover, find out the person who lodged FIR/Complaint against you. Since you are living abroad then try to prove it, it will help you to dismiss the case.
