Procedure of court approved DNA test

My father doubts that my younger brother is not his child. On basis of his doubt, he mentally and emotionally tortures and abuses my mother, me and my younger brother. I want to get court approved DNA test. Is it possible?

Why do you want it from Court. Your father can arrange the blood test to be done via private lab of his trust and choice. If it only for satisfaction of your father, then you may opt for private lab. It will save huge amount of time and money for your family.
