Procedure in divorce after order of the judicial seperation

Dear Team, I have received the order of the judicial separation and one year has passed. I have now filed for divorce so whether I should lead the evidence or divorce will be decreed on the basis of decree of judicial separation as one year has passed.

we would like to acknowledge that as per the law and as per as per order of judicial separation, you can file one divorce petition before family court and have to reply evidence. Evidence would be the part of divorce case.
