Procedure for mutual consent involves filing of petition in court subject to terms and condition laid down in Hindu Marriage Act. Husband and wife needs to come personally in court for once or twice. There will be counselling conducted by court. Divorce decree will be granted by the court after the waiting period applicable on case to case basis. for further details, feel free to contact.
