Under law, your DVC/498A case continues only against husband and in-laws. For cruelty or cheating by maternal relatives, those provisions won’t apply. You must file a fresh complaint under BNS sections like 316, 318, or 351, depending on the facts. This way, your rights are protected both against your husband and also against your maternal relatives.

You have strong Grounds to act legally . You have already invoked DVC MC and section 498A IPC which clearly established cruelty and harassment . You have very strong grounds for a divorce , maintenance and compensation . You also have strong grounds for Adultery and mental harassment.
