Question: Planning preventive complaint today at Agripada PS against false case. Married 22 May 2025. Wife stayed 5 days only. Rented 1RK ₹16k/month (₹2.08L loss) for her privacy despite having fridge/TV/washing machine already - they gave duplicates. Thawan disputes: 13-14 people agreed then reduced to 2-3. Brother abused family on phone. Complained about certain things. 9-10 months passed, wife never returned. They threatening for case.

Prepare a Written Application Include: Your full name, address & contact number Details of the person who may file a false case Background of dispute (family, property, matrimonial, financial etc.) Clear statement that you apprehend a false complaint Request for noting your complaint and providing protection End with: “I request you to kindly take this complaint on record and provide necessary protection as per law.” Attach: Copy of ID proof Any supporting evidence (messages, notices, court papers, etc.)

For this you need to give the police an intimation letter that your wife is not residing with you and has deserted you, after 5 days of the marriage and is now threatening for false cases and FIR, also mention about your thawan disputes if never that's it you are good to go, if you want to marry again go for divorce and give legal notice, file for divorce.
