yes why not if divorce is filed and baigamy section is deleted it's women's choice to be pregnant or not but make sure that divorce must be mutual there is supreme court case law which says after filing mutual divorce both parties can make second marriage so 6 month eating period can be reduced

if there is not an mutual divorce case then also by justifiable reason it can be allowed by court it's depend on argument of your adv
