Precautions to be taken in case wife threatening of DV complaint

Hi, My wife is always threatening domestic violence case against me and family. I want to take a separate house to avoid that. Please advise what precautions should be taken and legal remedies against it. Also, procedure for divorce.
If your wife is not bluffing, you cannot prevent her from Just by moving to another house, as in a case Supreme Court ruled that DV Case can be filed without any limitation period. Think of some other option out.
