Postal Tracking Information for Summon

24-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Respected Advocates, I have recently filed a divorce case against my wife in Bangalore. I went for the 1st hearing but the court said that they didn't receive acknowledgement for the summon, then I guess they might have resent 2nd time and scheduled my 2nd hearing date. Now my question is will i be able to get the postal tracking number for the 2 summons from the court to know the exact status? If yes whom should I contact at the court for getting the tracking number information? Pls guide. Thanks in advance!

Dear Sir, You have to contact the concerned pending clerk maintaining and looking after your family case. They are maintaining a separate postal register with register numbers of posts sent to parties thus you can get the number by seeing the register and track the same online and get printout. Thus, convince the Court that it was duly served upon the other side or refused so that other party may be placed ex-parte.
