Possessive girlfriend not leaving me after break-up

Me and my girlfriend were in relationship for 5 years we were young when I promised to marry her but not she have became possessive blackmails me if I go out with friends wants me to give every updates of whole day,stalking me so I decided to break up and now she keep on messaging me she love me she will not breakup and never forget about me .I am afraid she will file case against me if we don't get into relationship again .We had physical relationship but never had sex but she has compromising

Don't worry she cannot do anything to you. You and your girlfriend were in a consensual relationship for five years. You had the intention to marry her but owing to her harassment you decided to breakup. You didn't even have physical relationship with her. Therefore you need not worry. Even if she files a FIR against you, the same will get quashed on merits. You can contact me if any assistance needed.

You need not worry as you have never established any physical relations with her while being in the relationship. There are many ways you can safeguard yourself and You need not worry even if she files any case against you.

If you are fearing that filing of an FIR by her against you is eminent then it is advisable for you to fortify your self in advance. You may first try to amicably solve the dispute with the help for friends or relatives and if doesn't resolve then you may send her a legal notice.
