Police shielding offenders even after violating bail conditions

I filed a 498a case on my husband 4 months ago. He applied for anticipatory bail u/s 438 and got it. He is very powerful & influential and has the support of police. He later threatened me and I I registered a private complaint again for criminal intimation. He has also tried to tamper the evidence. Police is not taking any action nor doing any investigation deliberately to save him. 1. Can I pray the lower court for cancelling anticipatory bail and arrest u/s 437 (5) 2. Any other way to proce

If police is not taking action, you can approach High Court to get the favourable order and simultaneously go for canecelling the AB as well..And to file a private complaint before the Magistrate Court also is another option.
