hlo mere husbnd piche 11janaury se mjse jhuth bolke mjko kiraye k ghr me chhod k gayab h hospital ka naam leke gae the do tin din me aajauga bolke bt n aae ab tk koi Fon n aaya jiske bd police ne FIR ki uspe 498a 406 323 34me mere inlaws pr bhi pr FIR ko bhi 3mnths hone wale hai or police koi action n leri na hi mere husbnd aae h na hi koi contact kia plz suggest me mjko Kya action Lena chiye me apna ghr bsana chahti hu

Ap kisi lawyer ki help se court me ek application file kar skte hai and court order kar k police ko apke case me investigation krne k lie keh skta hai. Iske lie turant lawyer se sampark kare. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact. Thanks

Hello Ma'am, App first SP/DSP ko complain kijiye k apke case k koi sunwaye nahi ho rahi, agar waha bhe kuch nahi hua to aap Magistrate k pass complaint kar sakte hai. Magistrate Police ko direct karenge further processing k lia. Best Sishmita Kumari

U can file the application via your advocate at the concerned court to know the status of your case or you can file application u/s 156(3) mentioning that I/o is not doing proper investigation…n then court May ask to submit action taken report ..b in touch
