police clearance certificate when 498 is charged against me

Last year Aug I filed a mutual divorce petition . As per the settlement terms i trasferred 20 lakhs as first part of settlement to my wife. Subsequently, after receiving the money my wife gave a 498 case against me and all my family members, in laws and uncle. Case is in court. Now, I have got a job in an international organisation which requires police clearence certificate. Since there is a 498 againt me is there any chance that i get a PCC ?

The crime will be referred to in your police clearance certificate. You should file a petition to quash the matter through the High Court. Also, you can submit the settlement agreement and the statement of money transferred to her. The court will quash the proceedings against you.
