Please suggest way out of this and also, the child is suffering

I am married for 3.5 years with a 2yr old Son. My wife is living with her widow mother & divorced sister for 9 months. We never fought, but had arguments. She is absent minded & her life revolves around social media. I spoke to her & her family on multiple occasions for the child’s sake. None of them are interested in resolving. I want divorce but because of My & My family’s reputation I do not want to go to court. Although they are shameless people and do not even care for the child.

You can opt for mutual consent divorce to avoid dispute. Also if you intend to seek custody/access you can decide on that too amicably. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

Well, if you need Divorce from your Wife, then, you have to go to Court to even seek a Mutual Divorce. You cannot seek Divorce out of the Court via registering a Deed or an Agreement. You need to formally seek Divorce from your Wife.

There are two recourses: 1. Mediation procedure which is an alternate dispute redressal mechanism. It does not involve going to the court. Also many possibilities can be explored. 2. Mutual Consent Divorce if she also does not want to stay together.
