Sir mera shadi 3 march 2020 ko hua tha uske 3 din baad hi pata chala ke ladhki ka dimagi halat thik nahi hai.wo ghar me gas on karke chhor de rahi hai hath kaat le rahi hai khana fek de rahi hai aur na hi khana kha rahi hai uske family ko har baat bataya jaa raha tha ke aapke beti aisa aisa harkat kar rahi hai to us ladhki ka family aaya aur bola ke hum le jaa rahe hai apne beti ko apne ghar aur waha achha se ilaj karwa ke thik karke bhejenge uske baad le kar bolne laga avi nahi bhejenge 3 mahina baad bhejenge fir humlogo kuch din baad us ladhki ka medical report mila jisme likha hua ke ladhki psycho patient hai tab uske family ke khilap humlog ne dhokadhari ka case kiya uske baad ladhki wala ne ek saal baad police case kiya.bina kisi sabut ka ke humlog maare hai uska sab saman rakh liye hai mera sab family marta tha sab jhutha arop lagaya mera didi sasural me rahti uska v naam de diya meri 2 chhoti bahen hai uska v naam de diya wo log 10 lakh ka demand kar raha hai ab kya karu sir
aap immediately usko le ja ke hospital mein bharti karwaye agar bachna chahtey ho ta ki aap praman kar sako ki woh mental patient hein phir vakil ke paas jaake baat kariye kaise kya karna hein ta ki aap ka divorce ho jaye on basis of suppression of illness leading to cheating

you have to first contest and fight in legal way in the criminal case. In case, was not filed yet, then you may file case challenging and decree for declaration of nullity and void of marriage so that maintenance claim can not entertained. you have to file also counter case against them
