please help I want them to get divorced.

So I'm currently in 12th grade and my mother has been suffering from domestic violence and all those things from many years and we never know that what will happen with us. My father has been torturing us since many years and I can't handle this thing now.He has even fractured her bones in 2024 and what not .Everything went almost fine in 2025 , but I'm scared now because things aren't good. We've even tried going to lawyers but we don't have enough money for that so plshelp us.

Don't worry, everything will be fine. First, lodge a complaint regarding the same before women p.s. or your police station. They will help you to lodge a domestic violence complaint. You can draft a complaint by yourself or take guidance from a lawyer. For further help you can contact me.

there is a district legal service authority in every court from where you can get help of lawyer without paying any money. and I am also there are lawyers who takes the pro-bono cases as like me or Contact with Adv. Masum Hossain in google.

Please consult to any lawyer who might take up your case as pro bono. As you are aware that a decree of divorce can be filed under special marriages act or Hindu marriages act but there has to be structured evidences of domestic violence and that needs to be addressed by filing D.V Act case.
