We have paid 6lakh rupees for getting electronic goods but the man who is received the money from me and after that refused to given me my money back and also refused to give me the goods also ... What should I do now

Q: please help I want them to get divorced.

So I'm currently in 12th grade and my mother has been suffering from domestic violence and all those things from many years and we never know that what will happen with us. My father has been torturing us since many years and I can't handle this thing now.He has even fractured her bones in 2024 and what not .Everything went almost fine in 2025 , but I'm scared now because things aren't good. We've even tried going to lawyers but we don't have enough money for that so plshelp us.

I am writing to seek your legal assistance in a matter concerning recovery of an advance payment made to a service provider.We had entered into an agreement dated 30th September 2023 with Innovation Project Management Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, for fund-raising services. As per the agreement, an advance amount of ₹1,41,600/- was paid via Axis Bank Cheque No. 243612 dated 30.09.2023. As per the agreed terms, in case of failure to raise funds, the advance amount was to be refunded

If the refund clause is mentioned in the agreement, then you can seek a refund easily. If the Company refuses to refund the advance money, then you can seek assistance of Court and in your case, your grounds will be strong.

Is marrying someone socially without getting divorce from wife a criminal offence in Hindu marriage registration act?
