I have seen your query carefully and found that you want to know about the adultory.. however offence under 497 Indian penal code is scrapped by the Supreme Court in recent judgment. however adultory is still a ground for divorce but it is very difficult to prove the adultory. text massage doesn't create any offence. for adultory it is important and essential ingredient to have physical relation. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation

I love you and I want to live with you is not coming to domestic violence it is merely a proposal to a woman . Merely expression of the feeling towards women that will not attract 497 , so no need to worry. if you need any legal advice kindly contact me.
