please advise how to get divorce within 1 month since i got onsite job

i got married on feb 2022 and being separated from jun 2022. since the issue was irreconcilable we agreed for mutual consent and made an agreement for compromise and exchanged the articles as well and we dont have any claim against each other. Now we are planning to file 13b this April 2023. i have to report for onsite job within two months.is there any issue in filing the petition on April? is there any possibility in returning the petition? how long it will take to get divorce if i file it on April? please advise how to get divorce within 1 month.

you can file 13 B petition and after one week time immediately file waver for 6 month mont along with advance hearing stating your urgency, court will send for 1 to 3 mediation and you could allowed to file second motion i.e., affidavit, there after will get divorce even within month
