Plea for settlement of my divorce case as I am unable to continue the

I got married in 2005 as per The hindu marriage act. In 2016 my husband took a flat on rent and got separated from me and my daughter. He filed a divorce case and custody case. I am a housewife and my parents have passed away. I'm facing severe financial crisis and I'm unable to continue this legal battle anymore. Hearing for my maintenance case is going on and my husband not even provides the expenses of our daughter . I'm really helpless. I am being harassed by my husband for the past 5 years. Shall I plea to the court for reconciliation or mutual settlement.
While it is open to you to seek for reconciliation or mutual settlement the outcome will be dependent on your husband's willingness to accept any such agreement. I would suggest you to first talk to your husband in person before taking it up through court. also my strong recommendation will be to bear a little more and try to get the maintenance which will be granted to you soon cuz by sacrificing self respect one cannot live in peace for long.

Has the divorce degree been finalized by the court or still going if still going then if you want to withdraw ofcourse you can or if you want to continue and win by getting the maintenance which you need
