Planning to apply for rcr case on my husband who has gone away

My husband had filed a divorce case and 'm planning to file rcr case on him as I have 2 daughters where 'm faincially ill..How much time would take for rcr case ? Wouldy my divorce case will be dismissed while I apply for rcr case
You can file diviorce case but you want to file contested diviorce petition are mutual diviorce first you can decide otherwise better to resolve in mediation centre family court unesserry two kids both are having then who will keep p the kids also decided

1. once the RCR petition is filled, court would order for counciling.
2. based on the outcome of counciling and the counter petition of other party the case would be proceeded.
3. if u are financially ill then you may file maintenance case against your husband.
