Domestic Violence is very serious and it can happen to both male or female, what you are going through appears to be domestic violence and your matter needs to be evaluated for its merits. It is also not good for your child mental well-being to witness such animosity. I suggest that you should explore your options including your wife's eligibility or ineligibility for alimony and your options going forward. if the abuse is persistent and well documented then you should consider if it's necessary to obtain a restraining order against your in-laws.

Well, If your Wife is forcing you, then, you can lodge a Police Complaint and get the facts recorded via Police Complaint that your Wife and Inlaws have been constantly harrassing you for Divorce and you are the one,who does not want to Divorce her. In such a case, she will be left with no option, but to file a Civil Case against you.
