Physical harassement by wife family can I transfer case to my city

I lived twenty year in Delhi'm my marriage u.p. In the. I divorce case u.p. In the put .girls of the dowry and the case Krcha .Trik last month I went to my mother and the killing of his brother and some goons on .about our house when my dad date. He hit on the head of my mother and father, which came deep scar on his head. I called the police and I have f.i.r. is. The event that is image. And ambulances that detail too. Can I have a case of Delhi in this situation. Or'm so may transfer Delhi case. Please give me the right opinion. What should I do?
