Physical and mental torture to my daughter

Can I as a father of my daughter file a complaint as my daughter is not mentally able to do so. Pl reply

yes you can file a complaint but you need to specify what are the grievance your daughter is facing and why you are doing a complaint now and not earlier. the complaint should include each and every aspect of the case.

Yes you can file complaint and also take other legal actions on her behalf and as a legal guardian You daughter has all the legal right like maintenance, cruelty and other relevant legal rights Firstly you should file a complaint before SSP
