Physical abuse and adultery by husband need divorce

17-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married since 5 months and being tortured, physically abused and mentally disturbed. Without knowing the bad history of my husband my parents have proceeded with an arranged marriage. Immediately after marriage, we came to know his real face that he had illegal contacts with other girls among one is his own mother's father's daughter. apart from that, he started beating me within a month unreasonably. He has become extreme dominant which i have informed to their parents. Even after repeated complaints, they asked me to adjust. I initially hesitate to inform this to my parents, later it came from my mouth one day. How to get rid from him legally?

You can file a detailed complaint before the concerned police station and ask the police to register a FIR against your husband. For further proceedings like filing the divorce, SVC, Maintainance case you can take an Advocate's assistance.

Dear Client,
You can report the same in the first instance as early as possible. You should not adjust. At least even now informed the same to your parents. You complain the same thorough the mediators and marriage elders. Take support and fight against the wrong and illegal deeds of your husband. Take legal support of and experienced advocate who deals in family case. You should not compromise.

Hi,
You have to first log an F.I.R regrading the torture and harassment being done on you by your husband to the local police station. Secondly you have not informed which religion you belong to, as to proceed further to get rid of him means you have to take divorce from him. Their shall be a reason for divorce, if you have the proof in support of the illegal contacts with girls. You can contact with complete details to help you further.

Thanks
