Petitioner not showing interest in proceeding

I have given divorce after knowing an extra marital affair on 25.07.2016. She filed a case against me and my family members on 14/1/17 of 498a. On 24/7/17 we signed a settlement agreement after fulfilling all her demands, she agreed to remove all the criminal charges against my family. Now she is not at all co-operating and Police is calling me up and yet they havent filed chargesheet. Now they want to file CC in 6/2023. They calling and asking me to take bail.Court is also not Quashing.wt 2 do?

When you settled the dispute that time you would have signed some sort of agreement. Use that agreement for quashing of the FIR. Also show it to the police who is calling you. You may also file a case against her
