I had case on my wife Petition under section 13 (1) (ia) hindu marriage act 1955 in Bangalore family court. How long will it take to complete the court case? If My wife did not attend the case, is it possible to win case against my wife? How long case will get over?

I understand your questions younfiled a case only cruality ground right but will take how your wife lead the case and you have to professional the cruality and you are not have a desertion casebomly cruality it is win but you will prove the case how you can harrased by your wife thank you for asking questions
