Person accusing threatening to file case having relation with his wife

I am 26 yr old software engineer in bangalore , the ,matter is i had a female colleague in offc who bcame my very good friend but we(team) noticed she is having some severe problem in her life. So as a friend I extended my help to her and told that she can stay with me and my sister, evrythings was fine and her husband raised no issues and troubles she staying with me since april 2017 , but after the divorce which happened on 4th nov 2017,to create further trouble for her , yestrday 21st dec 2017 he called her and threatened that he will accuse me(i) of section 497 and will sue me for keeping relation with his wife. But i understand that she is not his wife anymore since 4th nov 2017 and also the marriage has dissolved completely on 4th nov and she has the certificate from court also and he is not a husband for her , than is there any way he can enact a case against me and create problem.Please lemme know any possibility he troubling me .
Hi... you no need to worry for the reason that her ex husband have no right on her or against you . Once the divorce is granted by the court from that movement theire relationship will be put to an end. so thare is no chance of puting false cases on you.

Once the order of Decree of divorce is passed, then her husband loose his marital right over her. Therefore he cannot sue you nor to her.
Please confirm that Order is Judicial Separation on Decree of Divorce. If it was decree of divorce, then no problem.
