Permission for second marriage

Hi. Divorce is applied. Husband is having affair with other person. Now we both are separated from 1yr. Can I get special permission to get married while divorce is not finizaled

No madam, if you marry anyone till you qet decree of divorce from Court that may be used against you , by anyone. Even after divorce it is not advisable to remarry for 3 months. You may live together.

if you marry without divorce you will be punished for it without getting divorced you can't marry other person it's illegal and you will face lots of problems so better get divorced and then opt for marriage
