Permanent closure to my daughter n's separation we want a mutual divorce and the other party also was willing (don't know how they will respond now) and put an end to everything so that she can go ahead with her life

please speak with the other side and convince him to come to meet an advocate with you. the formalities of mutual divorce are much simplified now. the advocate will help you file a petition and conduct the case. after a few months, if you follow all the procedures correctly, you will get a divorce decree
