Pending Case Against Husband Who File For Divorce Case
22-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Case panding against husband u/s498A,406(chartseat file)and 420ipc etc.But husband also file a divorce petition in court.what can be done for justice?
If the case is pending against the husband under section 498A, 406 & 420 IPC and if the chargesheet has been filed then the trial will go on. And the husband can file for divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The divorce case can be defended at the cost of the husband where you will be provided the litigation charges and can also seek maintenance in the divorce case also. Further, the possible chances are that the case would have been filed on the charges of cruelty. once the allegations are not proved the case can not proceed. Defending the case and seeking maintenance under section 24 is advisable.
