PCC while a dowry case FIR against me is under investigation

My wife has filed false FIR against me as counter case to my divorce application. In the FIR following sections are mentioned 313,323,504,506,498a. Currently her FIR is at ADR mediation centre which will not be successful and it will be sent back to the police for investigation. Now i need a PCC for long term stay visa in Ireland for employment. Will this FIR affect it? How can i get a clean PCC so it doesn’t affect my career.
