Payment after maintenance order

Once the order is passed, is it advisable for husband to wait for the notice or immediately start paying the maintenance?
if you are willing to pay the maintenance , start paying monthly but if you do not, wait for the notice in the execution petition.
generally husbands are paying the maintenance after the wife filed the execution.

It is advisable to get the Court Order as it has all the requisite details as to the timeline of payment and the mode of payment. (For ex - Rs 5000 to be paid in the bank account account of the wife every month before 10th.)

there is directions in the order itself . wherein it is directed by court . from which month and what amounts are to be paid by husband. If there is such direction in your order then you should start to pay immediately as per order/direction. No need to wait for any such notice .No notice is sent .once you don't pay .it will become arrears then your wife will file execution petition for arrears
