Paying alimony for 3 yrs, is there any way give permanent settlement

Dear Sir, This is to let you know that I am paying alimony of rs 10000-/-(From past more then 3 years) to willfull desserted wife and failed to resolve mutual consent divorce as they are not ready say permanent settlement amount untill I show my earnings and savings. Reference Info : 1. I have one daughter 7 year old. 2. Paying alimony with parent's help. 3. I have a 2 bhk flat where I have to born flat maintenance and personal expediture cost.(She had not taken any responsibilty as she do not want to stay in my flat and left.) 4. I purchased the flat with 50% Loan amount and 10% Finance by parent and remaning my saving amount. 5. She had not stayed in my flat not more then 3 month as she do not want to stay and left. 6. Currently Jobless, undergoing IT Training. 7. Father is retired. 8. She was not able to proove false aligation and not submited evidence against me as per court order November 2015. So how the finance settlement will be done by the divorce(cruelty). Thx & Rgrds
