Paternity fraud case for NRI - Legal options reqd.

Hi, My wife had an affair with her Boss and a girl child was born from affair. My wife led me to believe that the child (now 4 years) was mine. Boss's wife informed me of the affair. DNA test in Mumbai confirmed I am not the biological father. We are NRIs and court cases going on in Family court in Qatar. We are all Hindus. How to proceed with legal case in India for Divorce for infidelity by wife and rectification of child's docs for removal of my name as Father. Wife uncooperative.
Well, if you have got married in India, then, you can file a case here. If you have got married in Qatar, then, pursue your legal remedies over there to seek the requisite reliefs which you have mentioned about.

You need to file a divorce petition on the ground of adultery in India as the decree of divorce passed in Qatar is not enforceable in India subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs acceding to the same in due course of time. Here you have to file Sepration Petition as per the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act on the ground of Adultery. Also once paternity proves. you have to file decration suit to remove your name from childs birth certificate.
