Ok in that case both of you can't marry each other without divorce. He you do so it's a punishable offense under IPC. So in that case try to convince other side or file a contested divorce by both of us.

Without getting divorce from your spouse, you can't marry with anyone. You have to file a divorce petition before the concerned family court. After filing a divorce petition you can live with your partner. Revert me . All the best.

Sir, you cannot possibly marry again without divorcing your current wife it is illegal. You will have to find a way to convince your wife to mutually agree for divorce or file a divorce petition in court on valid grounds.

Hello, complicated story, but without divorce it's not possible to marry some other person. Its against the law.
If mutual divorce is not possible then file cases separately. Hope we can discuss this matter on professional level.

You can not marry without getting first divorce and if you get married the same besides being illegal also attract penal action under law for bigamy. You may file for divorce on the grounds available in law and obtain decree of divorce.
