Papers needed to file mutual Divorce

i have prepared to file mutual divorce we got married under hindu marriage act my husband lives in chicago and we have been separated since 2013 we have drafted mutual divorce papers and going to file in Dwarka court i need to know what paper are necessary. i have passport size photos marriage registration, photos address proof do i also have to file marriage certificate that i got from the temple that i got married? in

Mam for the purpose of MUtual Consent Divorce following documents are necessary. I am assuming it is first motion. 1 passport size photo, Address proof of both petitioners , marriage card, marriage certificate if there, marriage photograph. If you are filling marriage photographed then there is no need of marriage certificate from the temple and if u are filing marriage certificate then no need of marriage photographs. Identity card of both the parties are necessary and supporing affidavit with photographs

Well u can file divorce petition on the ground of mutual as well as crurlty here you requested only doc cp

Passport size photo of individual both the parties, proof of residents, PAN cards, identities proofs - present addresses. Details marriage- date venue and other ceremonies, documenty evidence regarding terrirorial jurisdiction of marriage.

You already have sufficient documents. But you would require signature of your spouse of some authorized person on his behalf for signature, attestation of affidavit and then to be present before the Court at the time of hearing. You would need services of an advocate to argue before the Court and to identify both of you.
